The following Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed with Stonz Wear UK:
Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and JCB. Online payments are securely processed using RBS WorldPay. The information you provide will not be shared with any other third party.
Payment will be accepted in Sterling (GBP) and Euros.

Stonz Wear products are of the highest quality and are designed to last. In the unlikely event that you need to return a defective product, please send the item to the address below. Defective items will be replaced, or your original payment will be fully refunded.
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, please email info@stonzwear.co.uk, quoting the order number. Your card will be refunded with the total cost of the cancelled order.
If you want to return Stonz products, please return the unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt, quoting the order number and the reason for the return to:

We will be happy to exchange the item for another size or style, or we will refund the original cost of the returned item to the card used to place the order. Delivery charges cannot be refunded for returned items. We aim to process refunds within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods.
With all returns, please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting or send the item recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for items that go missing in transit.

You will be advised by email if the product you have ordered is out of stock and you’ll be given an estimated lead time for delivery. You may choose to wait for the item to come into stock or request a full refund if payment has been processed for out of stock items.
