Returns & Exchanges

STONZ MUST BE CONTACTED BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

RETURNS: After contacting Stonz, you may return items sold by stonzwear.com (unused with tags still attached) within 30 days of receipt of invoice. We will credit you your total purchase price less  $9 for incurred shipping costs.

EXCHANGES:  After contacting Stonz, please mail us the items to be exchanged including a note telling us what you would like in exchange, the reason for exchanging, address you'd like the new goods sent back to and a cheque for $9.00 to Stonz.

•       Exceptions: All orders to Alaska, Hawaii and outside North America will be charged $15

Any orders that are refused at point of delivery will have outbound and return shipping charges deducted.

All sale items are a FINAL SALE (no returns or exchanges will be accepted)

Stonz cannot accept the following:

• Any item that has a return post-mark dated after 30 days.
• Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.
